Lead a team in the production of baked cookies, brownies and cookie cakes at Great American Cookie Company at Northwest Arkansas Mall. Ability to decorate cookie cakes a giant plus in addition to added salary. Customer service skills needed as selling cookies and drinks to customers and social skills to lead a team within a flexible work environment. Schedule is five 9 hour shifts – start no earlier than 8 a.m. and close no later than 9:30 p.m. Mon-Sat and on Sunday start 9 a.m. and close 6:30 p.m. if your schedule includes Sundays… Only serious candidates as hire will be made quickly and training to start shortly after hire. Background check required and we will send in after job offer is made.
