The role of the Director of Marketing is to manage our digital presence across all platforms, making sure we’re using story-based content to deliver value, inspiration, and connection that leads to growth (both ours and our customer’s). This person is a natural integrator that can see the big picture but has a knack for laying out the steps and ensuring execution happens. Their favorite way of working on a project that requires 10 steps would be to collaborate on steps 1-2 (idea and strategy steps) with the exec team, execute steps 3-8 with the help of the creative team, and then bring the project back to the exec team for step 9 (review) and step 10 (go live).
