Tribute Senior Living is redefining care through applied research in an environment that inspires life. We are looking for a experience Director of Life Enrichment that will share our mission and re-imagining of senior living in healthy-eating, physical and brain fitness, therapeutic socialization and programs.
Responsible for planning and organizing individual and group activities to meet the social, emotional, intellectual, and spiritual needs of our residents to enhance their quality of life in Assisted Living and Memory Care. Develops and communicates quality programming of interest and meaning to residents and encourages participation. Supports Fitness Director and grows a wellness program within the community by offering personal training, group exercise, wellness center programs, and service and community outreach.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelorâs degree
- Activity Director Certified
- Five yearsâ experience would be preferred.
- Certified Dementia Practitioner. Would be preferred.
- Ability to read, write and effectively communicate in English.
- Ability to perform essential duties as outlined below.
- Ability to comply with the Resident Bill of Rights and Employee Responsibilities.
- Ability to comply with the organization and Department safety policies and Procedures.
