Digital Project Manager- Contingent

The Project Manager leads & manages full-cycle projects (from inception to completion) across multidisciplinary teams to ensure on-time, on-budget and error-free execution.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Project & Process Management:

• Act as cross-functional hub for all project executions, partnering closely with internal & external partners to ensure overall project success
• Takes ownership of project efficiency
• Understands project processes and how to flex it
• Understands multiple aspects of production from print, digital, experiential & content
• Develops, owns and communicates holistic project timelines to internal & external teams on a regular basis.

This includes:

o Creation & management of all project timelines o Organize & setup of kickoffs, collaborations & presentations o Lead both internal & brand status meetings

o Lead daily standup meetings (Kanban)

o Manage and recommend process optimizations using agile principles

o Share and celebrate projects, leading retrospective sessions & suggesting ways to instill learnings within the department and across disciplines

• Knowledge of and proficiency with Workflow tools Financial:
• Open jobs utilizing agency software tools
• Work with account leads to accurately scope project jobs
• Issue POs to external vendors Agency/Client Service:
• Demonstrates working knowledge of internal & external partner processes
• Management of all production related requests from the internal team, clients or meta- agency partners
• Gather and vet specs to ensure project accuracy

Special Skills:

• Project Management experience with web, social and other digital properties/content
• Experience with Search Engine Optimization and how it relates to website structure
• Knowledge of website CMS functionality
• Ability to facilitate and QA website updates
• Website HTML and CSS functionality desired
• Digital media campaign trafficking experience
• Ability to translate brand goals and objectives into digital executions

Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 3 + years of work experience in agency project management role
• Demonstrated ability via past contributions to client businesses in agency service environment
