We are seeking a motivated, creative and dynamic individual that is interested our small, but growing team. This is our only in-house design position and you would be collaborating directly with our Director of Marketing, Marketing Firm and CEO in executing all of our monthly assets, emails and campaigns.

About the Position:
The Graphic Designer + Product Manager is a creative, analytical, problem solver responsible for crafting, designing, implementing and executing graphic design for Beauty Heroes. The role of the Graphic Designer is to execute the creative vision of our digital, print and video graphics.

Responsibilities Include:

• Designing + executing marketing emails and homepage banners
• Designing assets for social advertising
• Editing e-commerce images
• Design landing pages, pop-ups for our website
• Creating printed content pieces; product brochures, product cards, ingredient pocket guide
• Developing creative assets for our blog, social media and website
• Opportunities to pitch editorial ideas and photography direction
• Uphold, inspire and communicate company’s vision, mission and values
• Uphold best practices around mindful marketing, our approach to less, but better marketing

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of visual design experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field (or equivalent work experience)

Bonus Points:

• Experience in UI/UX and designing for mobile is a plus
• Experience with html, css and WordPress and Shopify is a plus
• Experience with Mailchimp +/or Klaviyo a plus
• Experience with Basecamp Project Management a +
• Photography/Videography also a +
• Experience working with outside vendors, illustrators, artists, printers, photographers etc.
• Direct experience with photography, especially product or lifestyle
• Experience being a part of a successful e-commerce program
