Guides collaboration of campus activity team and resources to create a multi-faceted calendar of events to target all aspects of wellness. Drives quality programming and ensures campus wide delivery of activities and events that are adapted to meet all service levels. Combines physical activity and mental stimulus to enrich wellness benefits of activities.

- Networks to establish and maintain a diversified spectrum of community partnerships to provide opportunities for volunteering, purposeful service, intergenerational programming, lifelong learning and resident led activities.
- High School diploma or GED. College degree in recreation or therapeutic recreation, exercise science, health/wellness or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to understand and speak English at a level which allows safe, efficient job performance.
- Previous experience in group socialization,fitness or recreational programs required.
- Basic computer skills required.
- Previous management experience preferred.
- Ability to work in harmony with fellow co-workers, supervisors, residents, doctors and/or visitors.
- Activity Director or Fitness/Wellness Certification preferred.
- Valid driverâs license: must have clean driving record with no major violations.
