CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER (COO) – Hollywood, FL. HS Diploma + 7 yrs. executive-level/director exp. in strategic planning & bus. devt. Duties: Plan, direct, coordinate operations of fully-integrated hospitality company. Provide executive-level leadership, mgt., vision to ensure the company has proper operational controls, financial, administrative & reporting procedures, strategic plans, bus. devt. strategies, people systems to grow the organization & ensure financial strength & operating efficiency. Drive the company to achieve/surpass sales, profitability, cash flow, and business plan goals/ objectives. Measurement & effectiveness of all processes, internal and external. Review/ analyze reports on the operating condition of the company (human resources, financial, accounting, budgets, operations, risk mgt., sales/mktg.) Spearhead devt., communication, implementation of effective growth strategies/processes. Collaborate w/mgt. to develop/implement plans for operational infrastructure of systems, processes, personnel for company growth. Motivate/lead a high-performance, cross-functional, mgt. team. Attract, recruit, retain members of executive team. Provide mentoring to the mgt. career devt. program. Act as lead Client-Care Officer through direct contact w/clients & partners.
