Prior experience as shift lead, crew lead, supervisor, team lead, restaurant manager, restaurant assistant manager very helpful to the success at this job.

Requirements/Responsibilities

  • Identify catering opportunities and following up on opportunities through phone calls and visits to potential catering guests
  • Coordinate staffing with the Store Director and other Directors to ensure proper coverage
  • Ensure Team Members are delivering a “REMARK”able pick up and/or delivery guest experience
  • Follow up with guests for feedback and make inquiries about their recent experience.
  • Ensure Team Members are properly trained in eTrain (Search Catering), and Catering Sales eLearning (Emotional Connections Marketing > Catering) and 2nd Mile Service Skills.
  • Create and manage a database of catering guests
  • Work closely with operations and kitchen staff to ensure the Restaurant has all food and paper goods needed to prepare upcoming catering orders.
  • Work with the Talent Director to create a training program for Business Leaders and other Team Members involved in catering.
  • Continually evaluate all catering guest service.
  • Create a culture of continuous improvement and communicate operational improvement ideas to Operator.
  • Communicate Catering Data – coordinate gathering, recording and displaying relevant data (current catering numbers, daily catering sales)
  • Maintain appearance, organization and supply of CFA catering tools and resources
  • Coordinate signage and POP with the Marketing Director or Team
  • Keep Directors and Business Leaders informed of the goals and the plan for each shift
  • Maintain a neat workspace
  • Clean up and prepare for the next shift
  • Coordinate any repairs of equipment and interior facilities with Store Director
