Lone Mountain Gymnastics & Swim School is looking for a highly qualified Boys Team Program Manager to coach, manage and grow our competitive Boys Gymnastics program. Our Program Managers work in a head coach capacity. The desired candidate must have:
- 5+ years previous gymnastics coaching experience in a professional environment
- have a knowledge of USA Gymnastics Rules & Policies for Boys Gymnastics
- proven ability to safely move gymnasts through skill progressions in a supportive manner
- physical capability and experience in spotting skills
- excellent written and verbal communication skills and proven high levels of customer service
- physical ability to lift, spot, move mats and other equipment
- CPR certification (can be obtained after hiring but required to be maintained for this role)
- means and availability to travel during competition season
- willingness to coach in other gymnastics programs as needed

Responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to: inspecting equipment and other maintenance duties, training staff, corresponding with parents in a professional manner, monitoring studentsâ progress, demonstrating a commitment to safety and working with Lone Mountain leadership to develop and implement safe, fun and challenging curriculum.
