Iâm a head hunter for auto dealerships throughout Wisconsin. Along with providing sales training, I place experienced and non-experienced candidates into Finance and Insurance Management positions. Many of the positions are never listed because they are placed by candidates that have already been pre-screened. I review applications, narrow down the applicant pool and conduct interviews on the phone and in person with the remaining candidates. The candidates that I am interested in, typically have 2+ years of sales experience. The position involves commission sales of various aftermarket auto products, such as extended service contracts, gap programs, paint and interior plans, etc. Other duties of the position include setting up auto loans and leases for customers, arraigning for their title and licensing and the processing of all the paperwork. Successful candidates should look to earn anywhere from $65,000-$140,000+ depending on their experience level, the department structure and sales ability.
