Description
- Streamline processes and create an efficient workplace
- Manage time and other resources to ensure timely and quality body work
- Interact and deal with customer issues or requests
- Maximize productivity and motivation for subordinates
- Understand and implement company objectives and culture into all aspects of the operation under their control
- Go above and beyond stated responsibilities and duties
- Plan work schedules and supervise subordinates to ensure productivity
- Advise and correct undesirable behavior
Requirements

- Well-rounded knowledge of body work operations, processes, tools and other equipment

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $22.00 to $35.00 /hour
Experience:
- Management: 3 years (Preferred)
- Auto Body Repair: 3 years (Preferred)
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
License:
- valid ASE certification (Preferred)
