    The newly renovated Four Points by Sheraton in Fairview Heights is looking for an experienced Assistant General Manager. This position reports directly to the General Manager and oversees front desk, housekeeping, restaurant/banquets while also assisting the Director of Sales.

    Responsible for maximizing hotel operation, including guest and employee satisfaction, financial performance, sales and revenue generation and delivering a return on investment to ownership. Will oversee and model efficient and courteous service throughout the hotel in accordance with the standards of Company while maximizing revenue. Is responsible for adherence to all applicable Company Standard Operating Procedures.

    Must have open availability and at least 1 year of hotel management experience. Lightspeed PMS experience is a plus!
