The Account Manager will work assisting in the management of snow and landscape services for commercial sites throughout the country. Currently Case Snow has commercial sites in 27 states and is growing all the time. The main function of the account manager is to provide support to the operations team to streamline issues related to customer service, service partner management, field management communication and finance and billing related issues. This position requires good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and the ability to understand and navigate CRM System – SalesForce and its tools. The candidate should possess a go getter mentality and the desire for future growth. The candidate must be willing to work extended hours during winter events and some off hours depending on the seasonal requirements.

Job Duties:

  • Task Snow & Landscape services during Winter months
  • Utilize CRM SalesForce tools to properly update and document any Customer or Service Partner information
  • Available for all events after hours and be able to work long duration events
  • Work with Regional Director of Operations to develop and execute pre-season, in-season, post-season plans
  • Assist with training of Service Partners, Field Supervisors in technology and APP usage
  • Review data provided from reporting systems to ensure designated services are being completed on time and correctly
  • Coordinate and review designated site mapping tools and adjust as requirements and customer changes are obtained
  • Communicate to store level customers through phone and email about the status of the past, present and future services
  • Assist the billing and finance team with questions and solutions in regards to the service Partner payment questions
  • Work on training materials during the off season for Landscape and Snow Services for Field Supervisors / Service Partners
  • Multi task snow and landscape services during winter months

  • Bachelor’s degree or at least 1 year of project management experience in a customer driven role
  • Strong desire to work as part of team
  • Excellent computer skills with proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Products and familiar with CRM systems
  • Possess a strong sense of urgency and ability to make fact based decision under pressure
  • Empathetic relationship skills, good listening skills and win-win problem solving skills
  • Familiarity with construction equipment and landscape materials a plus
  • Background in Snow and Landscape a plus but not required
