The Videographer/Social Media Manager contributes to Frisella Nurseryâs success by capturing the micro moments that convey and experience or spark in motion. This role requires a collaborative, progressive thinker skilled at developing long term customer/community-centric communications to attract potential customers, retain existing ones, and enhance the brand image. This position requires you to be self driven, enthusiastic and passionate. The successful candidate will ensure the company vision, message and brand are upheld.
We are looking for a team member that will work closely with the management team to determine the best time and place to be able to tell a captivating story. Being able to shoot,edit and post videos and photos to all of the company’s social media. The ideal person would be flexible and willing to go to the job site and various locations to ensure their content matched the company’s culture and goals.
Qualifications:
- Must have own equipment
- Have flexibility with hours and locations
- Photography/Videography experience is a must (green industry preferred)
- Experience with organic reach on social media
- Ability to homanize a brand through visuals
