Kitsap Credit Union is looking to add a Vice President of Sales to our experienced leadership team. If you love creating sales and marketing strategies that will increase revenue and member experience, this could be the role for you. You will report to the Chief Marketing Officer and work closely across business units in the Credit Union. Your work will directly impact the growth of the Credit Union- we want you to bring new ideas and drive change. We are an 85 year old institution who has solid financials combined with new leadership that has created lots of energy; we are reshaping and modernizing to continue to support and grow our solid membership base. This role will challenge you and your results will show.

Some of What You Will Do
- Help create and implement sales strategies to increase membership base and loan and deposit goals.
- Build member experience and loyalty.
- Build community relationships that drive growth.
- Analytics and metrics support to help guide sales decision making process.
- Develop and implement financial strategies and objectives- including key metrics and performance targets.
What Youâll Bring
- Bachelorsâ degree
- Minimum of 15 years of financial experience
- Minimum of 5 years leadership experience as a sales pr business development leader
- Proven track record of success in growth by you and your teams sales efforts
