Some of What You Will Do

  • Lead the real estate lending team to originate, process underwrite and fund high-quality mortgage and home equity loans.
  • Develop and oversee the implementation of strategies to expand the existing portfolio.
  • Oversee and manage third party origination relationships.
  • Recruit, hire and oversee the training of loan origination staff.
  • Set expectations, coach and evaluate performance of direct reports and overall team.
  • Produce accurate and timely reporting on individual and overall team performance.
  • Monitor and evaluate emerging trends in the market; be proactive in changing or adding to the product and service mix in accordance with the Credit Union’s strategic, financial and member goals and needs.


What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelors’ degree in Business, finance, accounting, or related field.
  • Minimum of 6 years of real estate lending experience, to include experience with mortgage loan originations.
  • Minimum of seven years leadership experience
  • Must be registered with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System within 30 days of hire and comply with the Safe Act regulations.
