Vice President of Waiver Services- Enjoy a rewarding and challenging position with a nonprofit organization that has been helping educate, train and provide employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities since 1955. Eggleston is accepting applications for a full time Vice President of Waiver Services.

The Vice President will provide leadership and management for the operation of all organizational waiver services programs and enterprises, including strategic planning, staff supervision, fiscal performance, quality management, and regulatory compliance. Develops training, systems, and community access opportunities for program participants; systems for effective management of resources and documentation of services. Ensures program is operating within the Medicaid, and licensing guidelines, and corporate policy and procedures. Interacts with shareholders as corporate representative. Establishes organization policy, procedure, and operational procedures.

The successful candidate will have a Master’s Degree in Human Services or related field with five years’ experience providing services to individuals with developmental disabilities, or any combination of equivalent education and experience in a related field. Extensive management and supervisory experience, preferably within a non-profit organization. Must have basic knowledge of CARF, Medicaid, state licensure and corporate governance requirements; strong knowledge in Positive Behavior and interventions and supports, developmental disabilities, conflict resolution skills, and rehabilitation theories/methodologies; skill in public speaking; and effective use of technology and information systems. Pre-Employment drug testing and clearance through a criminal background investigation required. Must maintain and possess acceptable driving record, and a current DMV record must be submitted to be considered.
