The Vice President National Contracting will have primary responsibility for provider contracting, provider relations, recruitment, and strategy for national and ancillary networks. This is a tremendous opportunity for the right person with significant experience leading national contracting efforts.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead provider contracting, provider relations, recruitment, and strategy for national providers including ancillary, hospital and/or medical group networks coast to coast.
  • Manage admin budget of ~$7M
  • Oversee and participate in the development of growth strategies and retention initiatives for the Enterprise.
  • Manage relationships with national providers such as ancillary, hospitals, and/or medical groups.
  • Execute Cost of Care actions to deliver on budgeted target
  • Drive provider service, collaboration, and engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with CMS guidelines and HIPAA compliance.
  • Hire, train, coach, counsel and evaluate performance of direct reports.
  • Ability to source, develop, and grow talent.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION
Bachelor’s
degree in Business, Healthcare Administration or other relevant area of study;
or equivalent combination of education and experience. Master’s degree preferred.Proven
success as an executive, collaborating with other executives and leaders. Display personal agility to work across a
wide array of businesses and stakeholders to develop the credibility to achieve
results.15 years of in-depth
experience in the HMO/healthcare field including at least ten years of
successful management experience with a demonstrated record of hiring and
developing direct reports and extended leadership teams; or combination of
education and experience providing an equivalent background.Experience in both Commercial
and Government business in a health care related field required.
Position

locations.
