The Vice President – Client Services is responsible for the development and management of RPO services provided, ensuring that the delivery of programs, projects and the account financials meet or exceed the expectations of Cielo and our clients. This leadership role will be successful through partnering with other Cielo team members, the client team members and/or the HR department to understand the company/department’s workforce needs and determine a recruitment plan for open positions assigned.

With a passion for great results, the Vice President – Client Services will monitor and improve client satisfaction, Cielo program efficiency, program growth and expansion of services, risk management and compliance and ensuring the client partnership goals are met. This leader must also have an understanding of how to manage process improvement/lean approaches to enhance performance and results.


Responsibilities


Leadership and Coaching

  • Provide strategic leadership, development, mentoring and coaching of designated staff.
  • Participate as an active member of the Cielo Executive team.
  • Promote the growth, development, and continued success of Cielo and its employees, and further enhance the culture of Cielo.
  • Create, implement and manage the execution of the division’s annual business plan.
  • Perform full range of managerial responsibilities which may include but not be limited to: interviewing, hiring, coaching and developing employees; planning, assigning and directing work; EEO/AA; performance management; and budget.


Growing and Maintaining Business

  • Prepare, enable and support service delivery program growth through additional service offerings within existing clients.
  • Participate in sales strategy and execution with prospects.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the employment market and trends, and how those translate back to the business.
  • Develop and maintain positive internal and external client relationships.


Reporting & Process Improvement

  • Work collaboratively with shared services to increase efficiencies and streamline costs and processes across the organization.
  • Develop documents for clients such as Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Statements of Work (SOWs) and Letters of Intent (LOIs) as needed.
  • Analyze Profit & Loss statement as well as General Ledger.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and recommends alternative solutions.
  • Drive adoption of organizational initiatives into client teams.


Client Relationships

  • Responsible for establishing key customer relationships.
  • Assist in identifying new business leads and/or expanded services within existing clients.
  • Monitor and improve client satisfaction.
  • Redirect work as needed depending on client needs and fluctuations in business.


Technology, Process and Partner Implementation

  • Drive adoption and implementation of technology enhancements, solutions and partnerships to increase efficiency and maintain the organizations position as a leader in the use of technology within our programs.
  • Partner with other Cielo team members, client team members and/or HR department to understand the company/department, position and workforce needs and determine recruitment plan for open positions assigned.


Qualifications


Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources, communication or other related field required.
  • Master’s degree preferred.

Experience:
  • Must have a minimum of 8 years of results-oriented experience in operations management, service delivery, and/or human resources with an emphasis on P&L growth.
  • Previous supervisory experience required.
  • Experience leading both virtual and on-site teams in a corporate talent acquisition function either in-house or in an RPO environment.
  • Experience using recruitment technologies such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media tools.

Functional/Technical Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
