Now Hiring Regional Vice President of Operations!

This position is responsible for all activities of assigned communities. This includes developing revenue, controlling expenses, actions of facility staff, maintaining compliance with all regulatory standards, and communicating with the managing company on all appropriate matters.

]Responsibilities:


Responsibilities:
  • Support the Executive Directors in managing all marketing efforts and service programming to meet the expected revenue achievement of the building.
  • Support the Executive Directors in the screening, hiring, training, coaching, evaluating, disciplining, and terminating of all employees within their community.
  • Support the Executive Directors in maintaining a safe environment for all employees, free from workplace hazards and harassment.
  • Maintain compliance with all local, state, federal, and licensing rules and regulations associated with the licensure of the building as they pertain to clinical and risk management activities.
  • Maintain positive relations with community referral sources, the community at large, and all visitors, guests, and residents.
  • Foster teamwork with co-workers, show initiative in overcoming obstacles, take actions which assist others beyond job responsibilities, and have a positive impact on co-workers, and visitors.
  • Seek out and perform other duties as assigned or needed.

Qualifications:


Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required. Must meet state requirements for Executive Director in assigned states.
  • Must have proven management experience and ability to manage staff. Minimum three years’ experience in the Health Care Industry in a supervisory role preferred. Have working knowledge of the Health Care Industry.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, strong personnel skills, and positive community relations skills are essential.
  • Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel preferred.
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test.
