We are currently seeking a Proposal Manager that can provide strategic direction in the proposal and teaming process. This includes providing proposal management oversight of proposal activities, including directing personnel, managing proposal schedules and deadlines. The role will also assist with fostering strategic relationships with other firms for partnering on federal opportunities.

Position Functions:
- Manage and direct company proposal efforts
- Identify optimal strategic partners for opportunity pursuit
- Develop proposal strategies and themes, and develop Proposal Management Plan
- Coordinate with company management to assemble proposal teams, recommending internal resources and/or external resources when required
- Support identification of opportunities to pursue
- Create proposal outlines
- Analyze RFP requirements against the proposal outline to ensure compliance
- Create the proposal compliance matrix and track the fulfillment of requirements throughout the proposal development effort
- Assist with proposal pricing strategy and help define labor rates
- Conduct regular proposal progress status meetings and maintain proposal schedule
- Direct and participate in writing/editing/rewriting efforts as needed
- Identify and coordinate proposal graphical content and formatting
- Coordinate between the cost volume and the technical/management so that they are consistent
Bachelorâs degree required
U.S. Citizenship required
Experience responding to Federal Solicitations for professional services required
