iTech of South Burlington, VT* has openings at various project sites throughout the US: Develop and manage work plans for software projects. Create project budgets, identify personnel requirements, assign duties, responsibilities, and spans of authority to project personnel. Create project timelines, deliverables and identify software tools, software versions and system requirements. Manage project execution to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope. Train teams on agile and transformation. Prepare project status reports. Develop implementation plans that include analyses such as cost-benefit or return on investment (ROI). *Work is at unanticipated project sites throughout the US, with infrequent relocations. No other travel is involved.
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Technology or related and 5 years of progressively responsible IT experience in software development, program analysis, and/or IT Project Management including at least 2 years’ experience with Agile Planning, Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-Ups, System Testing, Unit Testing, User Acceptance/ETE Testing, and Production Support. As equivalent, employer will accept a related Master’s degree and 2 years of IT experience in software development, program analysis, and/or IT Project Management including at least 2 years’ experience with Agile Planning, Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-Ups, System Testing, Unit Testing, User Acceptance/ETE Testing, and Production Support.
