Your role at Sephora:

As a Visual Operations Project Manager, you be part of the Visual Merchandising team who leads visual presentations and core standards for the SiJCP division which is the shop-within-a-shop partnership between Sephora and JCPenney. You will support the creation of on-brand, compelling visual and product displays for all areas of our stores. This role report into the Manager of Visual Merchandising and support the design, production and communication of visual projects and initiatives. This role will also support special projects as needed. In addition, you will:

  • Project manage the delivery of monthly animated in-store merchandising elements including creative briefs, graphic production, delivery and vendor management.
  • Review and provide feedback on creative proofs to ensure accuracy and quality control.
  • Create monthly visual communication direction; working with cross functional partners including Sephora and JCPenney.
  • Responsible for issue management for visual merchandising area: adhering to set SLAs and response times, maintaining thorough communication to stores and vendors, reviewing, approving and processing invoices on a regular basis
  • Manage timelines for visual projects to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
  • Continually seek to streamline visual processes to reduce workload and save costs
  • Support seasonal store mapping follow brand standards and mapping principles
  • Work cross functionally to support key brand launches and initiatives. This may include merchandising, fixture design, and other support duties
  • Maintain and develop good working relationships with suppliers and vendors.

We’re excited about you if you have:

  • 2-3 years of experience in a corporate visual merchandising department. In-store merchandising roles a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office, Illustrator, Photoshop, In-Design
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects to meet deadlines
  • Strong organization, prioritization and analytical skills and are detail oriented.
  • Ability to manage complexity and ambiguity, making sense of complex and sometimes contradictory information to effectively solve problems
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; with a focus on collaboration
  • Ability to successfully communicate visual direction to cross functional and field partners
  • CS Suite & Bluebeam experience is a plus
  • Previous experience overseeing a financial budget is a plus
