Project Manager/Supervisor

AAA Contracting is seeking an experienced Project Manager/Supervisor. The ideal candidate must possess a minimum of 4-5 years of experience as a project manager on Municipal project. The person will be responsible for running DASNY Projects as a project manager & Supervisor. The Person must-have experience in Scheduling, Budgeting, coordinating with all subcontractors, Shop Drawings, change orders, Submittals. The person will be running the job from the field & office. The person will be the strength to run the job independently as a project manager.This is a permanent job as we are a fast-growing firm.

Responsibilities:

Should have 4-5 years of working experience in government projects (DASNY/MTA/PA/PARKS & TOWNS).

Coordinating with the subcontractors/team & completing the job under budget & time & should have the strength to complete it independently

Detailed daily reports and cost monitoring using project management and visual communication software and Excel.

Develop and Maintain on-site logistics plans and procedures for the field operations

Interface with all on-site work teams to resolve problems, ensure quality, safety, scheduling and achieving schedules in support of overall project objectives.

Maintain close coordination with engineering, estimating, and project team to assure work complies with drawings, specifications, and schedule; communicate effectively with the project team to assist in accurate contract items lists and shop drawing schedules; attend weekly project team meetings to ensure open communication and swift issue resolution

Development of, Update and Maintain the Project Schedule as needed; including a, two weeks look ahead to schedule and prepare daily construction reports

Establish and maintain document controls to assure work is aligned with the latest design documentation and approved shop drawings

Assist in the development and Maintain the Site Safety Plan; Assure continuous maintenance of the safety program and conduct weekly safety meetings, regular toolbox talks, and safety pre-task meetings as needed

Conduct weekly foreman and Subcontractors meetings; assure minutes are prepared and distributed accurately and timely

Assure required risk controls are properly established and maintained as per corporate operations policies and procedure manual

Implement and enforce Project Eye Consultants Code of Ethics and engage in any business practice with 100 percent integrity.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Previous experience in construction management with Government projects.
• Familiarity with construction management Softwares
• Detail and deadline-oriented

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $70,000.00 to $110,000.00 /year (salary is based on experience)
