Required Qualifications (As evidenced by an attached resume):
Bachelor’s degree (foreign equivalent or higher). Three (3) years of full time experience in an administrative/quality assurance role in healthcare. Experience working with data. Experience using Microsoft products, including Access, Excel and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s degree (foreign equivalent or higher). Three (3) years of relevant experience and project management responsibilities. Knowledge of the WTC Center Health Program.
Brief Description of Duties:
The Project Manager for Quality Assurance will work under the direction of the Director of Administration and manage multiple quality assurance projects. The incumbent will be responsible for organizing all audits for the semi-annual Quality Assurance Report according to federal guidelines. Data-entry, conducting audits and reviewing data will be required. In addition, the Project Manager will serve as lead on the Quality Assurance Committee and will ensure that CQI initiatives move forward effectively. Other time-limited projects will be assigned to the Project Manager throughout the year. The incumbent must be detail oriented, highly organized and analytical and able to manage multiple time-sensitive projects. The incumbent must have knowledge of continuous quality improvement methodology and capable of handling sensitive and confidential data.

Ensure the semi-annual quality report and associated audits and reviews are conducted timely and the final report is complete and accurate. This involves working with QA core to assess collect data, review data reports, identify problems and potential corrective actions, measure the impact of changes and summarize results in formal reports and presentations.

Investigate cases that do not meet standards, perform root cause analyses, identify mode of failures, and assist in developing solutions to prevent future failures. Track all investigations and provide written analysis of results.

Lead a monthly Quality Assurance Committee meeting. Ensure CQI projects stay on task. Collaborate with managers and supervisors who make up the committee subgroups to guide the CQI work. Prepare slides for meetings and provide minutes to committee members.

Summarize QA activity monthly reports submitted to the Director of Administration.
