Ryan Companies US, Inc. has a career opportunity for a Project Manager II to join our team in Atlanta, Georgia!
We are seeking candidates with at least 6-8 years of successful experience in design-build and/or general contracting construction management. Position assumes responsibility for administration of assigned projects, including specific phases of project management, working with schedules, cost projections, contracts, and project status reports.
Specific duties include: leading construction progress meetings; overseeing design development; preparing and managing project budget and schedule. Successful candidates will assume responsibility and communicate effectively and efficiently with supervising managers, superintendents, general contractors, subcontractors, governing authorities and owners.
Bachelorâs degree in Construction Engineering/Management or equivalent experience, at least 6-8 years proven success in the commercial construction industry. Knowledge of estimating techniques, cost control and material pricing along with a proven ability to manage large projects is required. Post-tension concrete high-rise multi-family or senior housing structures experience preferred. Candidates must able and willing to travel, as travel will be required.
