PROJECT MANAGER:
Reports to: Director of Project Management
Expected Hours: 8:00AM to 4:30pm – Monday – Friday
Hourly Pay Range: $19 – $25 per hour
Responsibilities:
Acts as an active member of project management teams to support Ownership, Sales, Directors, Fellow Project Managers, Design, Fabrication, Warehouse/Installation and Graphics. Participates in kick-off and status meetings, ensuring effective communication of timelines, deadlines, deliverables and pertinent details. Analyzes job requirements, defines scope, determines resource requirements, establishes and communicates tentative production schedules and deadlines.
Responsible for Order/Job Entry. Responsible for ensuring layouts, drawings and show service requirements are prepared and submitted to Sales for approval. Secure required materials, manage production budget. Ensures production team meets requirements, quality standards; manage sub-contractors.
Responsible for job close out and invoicing.

Project Managers are expected to show competency with all items marked 1-3 and work on all items marked 3-6.
Performance Metrics:
- Yearly Gross Sales Project Managed ($600,000 to $800,000)
- Monitor Gross Margins on Handled Jobs (40% average or higher desired)
- Response Window on Client Requests (within 24 business hours)
- Order Entry/Job Entry (within 24 business hours)
Desired Skills and Experience
Knowledge level equivalent to (or a minimum of) 3 years trade show/exhibit/events, broadcast, and sign project management experience.
Experience in fabrication techniques and materials for all product lines
Strong organizational skills.
Internet, PC proficiency – Microsoft Office.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Proven ability to multi-task, manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines
Strong customer service skills
Ability to work a flexible and demanding schedule to meet hard deadlines
Some travel (local and remote)
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $19.00 to $25.00 /hour
