Project Manager

What We Are Looking For

BPM Supreme is seeking an experienced Project Manager to manage our design team with completing projects in a timely matter. As a vital component of our growing design team the Project Manager will manage and oversee all aspects of all projects, for both the team and it’s clients. A successful Project Manager candidate will be extremely organized and proficient in managing the logistics of multiple projects simultaneously.

What You Will Do

Responsibilities for the Project Managing include but are not limited to scouting and acquiring new projects, meeting with clients and team to determine project details, managing proposals and invoices, and securing and closing projects in a timely matter.

• Coordinate and secure all projects in a timely matter with client.
• Communicate with in-house team to complete projects in timely matter.
• Negotiate contracts and proposals with new and existing clients.
• Be cognizant of allotted budgets and mindful of the value of staying under budget while taking in a new project.
• Create comprehensive financial reports based on project budgets.
• Issue invoices and collect payments in a timely manner.
• Manage and oversee projects the day of due date, including problem-solving, welcoming clients, directing final presentation of final design product to client, communicating with staff, organizing meetings.
• Maintain a working relationship with new and existing clients and team members.
• Have a strong knowledge of projects cost and offerings to present to clients when necessary.
• Understand the complex needs of different projects and clients.
• Delegate planning tasks to staff members when necessary.
• Direct new sales opportunities during client meetings to Sales Manager.
• Take on new responsibilities and duties whenever needed.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience
• Previous Project management experience
• Strong communication skills
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $62,000.00 to $80,000.00 /year
