We are hiring a Project Manager to join our team! This role is responsible for overall management of construction projects including, permit preparation and submittal, as well as creating production schedules and managing projects through completion. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail oriented, has excellent communication skills and a positive, energetic, patient attitude. Attention to detail, organization, and the natural desire to be helpful in all situations will be vital for success in this position.

Responsibilities:
- Review construction documents and understands scope of work.
- Obtain pricing for materials and bids from subcontractors.
- Manage project sites to ensure progress and quality.
- Manage work schedules and performance.
- Interface with clients, contractors and J&N Construction team.
- Track & update budgets/estimates as needed, including conducting budget meetings with clients.
- Manage time, performance & quality of subs.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management.
- 10 years of residential new and renovation construction experience. (Preferred)
- Experience creating production schedules including material deliveries, subcontractors and in-house team.
- Experience working with plans and creating labor takeoffs.
- Strong computer skills and familiar with project management software. (Preferred)
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Must maintain a valid and unrestricted driver’s license.

- Ability to work in fast-paced environment.
