We have an exciting opportunity for a full time (35 hours per week) Program Director in the Fall River area. The Program Director is responsible for the daily activities of Kids Academy. Responsibilities include ensuring development of activities that provide a safe, nurturing and academically enriching environment and compliance with any and all applicable standards. This position will oversee all education staff related to interviewing, hiring, new staff orientation, FSA staff records, individual professional development, staff observations, timesheets, staff evaluations, and maintaining EEC staff files. Provide direct supervision to the Education Coordinator and Intake & Assessment Coordinator. Oversee and maintain a quality, inclusive, and comprehensive curriculm; supervise compliance of the facility with Department of Early Education and Care standards, FSA policies, QRIS and NAEYC procedures and accreditation standards; complete monthly facility reviews; attend required meetings; ensure accurate and timely program documentation; ensure parent fees are collected and transferred to Accounting; ensure staff records comply with FSA and EEC standards and staff comply with ongoing training requirements.

The Preschool Director must meet all EEC requirements of a Director I or Director II; supervisory experience and EEC Director certification is required.

The schedule is Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
