  • 3+ of organic SEO experience
  • Substantial in-house SEO experience and up-to-date knowledge of current SEO strategies
  • Knowledge of HTML markup and web development
  • Proficient in server technologies (caching, environments, logging)
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or postgraduate strongly preferred

The Workforce Staffing Product team is radically innovating the way hiring is done at velocity. This is being done by developing ML / AI based recruiting solutions that will allow 100,000’s of people to be hired without the need of a recruiter.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Successfully manages new SEO product launches
  • Consistently makes significant contributions to SEO team vision & strategy
  • Investigate and proposes unique competitive product strategies to support traffic growth
  • Communicates effectively to internal audiences; drives communication cross-functionally
  • Makes decisions and executes in a way consistent with realtor.com culture and values
  • Partners with leaders across the organization
  • Provides specialized technical guidance to others across the organization
  • Collaborates with other search leads to share best practices

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
  • Organizational and project management skills, including the ability to prioritize and manage deliverables on tight timelines
  • Ability to analyze, synthesize, and communicate data and adjust strategies as needed
