Position Summary
The President, Sales & Marketing will provide strategic leadership across the functional areas of Sales, Marketing and Customer Service, both domestic and international, including brand strategy, print and digital marketing, creative services, communications, product marketing, promotions, sales management and training and customer service.

Position Accountabilities
The following are essential accountabilities:

  • Generates revenue by increasing sales through successful marketing for the organization, using market research, pricing, product marketing, marketing communications, advertising, public relations, social selling and a robust pipeline of products to ensure product value and commercial viability.
  • Builds, develops and manages Sales, Marketing and Customer Service teams capable of carrying out needed sales, marketing and service strategies to enable the company to rapidly scale growth and revenue generation.
  • Continuously tracks sales performance and assess and adjust strategy and sales plans to drive revenue growth in domestic and international markets.
  • Directs operating and capital expenditure budgets.
  • Develops the annual Marketing, Sales and Customer Service plans and the strategies, tactics and resources necessary to achieve goals.
  • Ensures that the organization engages in needed market research and market intelligence activities to identify and understand customer needs and preferences in existing and new markets, as well as competitor analysis.
  • Provides oversight and leadership support to ensure sales and marketing strategies are implemented to meet short and long-term sales and profit goals.
  • Ensures all Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service communications are coordinated, support company plan objectives and are an effective expenditure of resources.
  • Serves as member of the organization’s executive leadership team charged with developing and evaluating changes in the organization’s strategic direction, evaluating key strategic decision and ensuring that needed collaboration occurs between all company functions.
  • Develops strategic blueprint to ensure the organization has the needed strategies, tactical plans, support infrastructure and personnel to achieve its strategic revenue and market growth goals.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing or related field.

8-10 years experience in senior executive sales and/or marketing role in direct sales/MLM industry.

Preferred Qualifications:

Master of Business Administration
