Your joining the company would be to further develop and execute on a sales and business strategy and have full P&L responsibility. Beyond working with the team to convert opportunities within the existing pipeline, you would be establishing relationships with individuals in the VAR community as well as large end-users. You would have the mandate to determine organizational needs and then to recruit and develop the competencies necessary to support a growing company.
Having demonstrated success in selling integrated software and hardware solutions to enhance business processes, met sales targets, created SOWs, shown attention to detail and enjoyed building winning alliances, you will find this opportunity to be both personally and financially rewarding.

With an increasing base of customers, EnaSys is well positioned to significantly expand its market share. EnaSys has the in-house knowledge and experience to provide a complete solution with the foundation being its proprietary, patented and feature rich asset tracking solution. Besides producing its own RFID and bar code labels, EnaSys has longstanding partners to provide third party tags and scanners which with its own software, meets the whole of its customer’s requirements.
EnaSys is looking for a leader that can demonstrate their own hunting success and lead others to perform at their potential. This individual will understand how marketing efforts integrate with the sales process and have the ability to evaluate and develop verticals, channels and buyer personas to target. Beyond a competitive base and generous profit, equity options will be available as well. They will report to the chairman of the holding company.
The right candidate will be one who has proven that they “say what they’ll do and do what they say,” are intellectually curious, competitive, have a great attention to detail and tireless in meeting the goals they will have set out for themselves and the company.
