The Global Shared Services organization is responsible to lead aspects of planning, implementation, optimization & business analytics. These responsibilities include:
- Own & manage the Regional Operations Center (ROCs) launch portfolio inclusive of operational controls & risk assessment. Manage to Operations Delivery Lifecycle (ODLC).
- Lead the implementation of new launches (product, devices, programs, services, business models, etc.) on behalf of the ROCs. Focus on complex launches.
- Identification and ownership of optimization opportunities; including aspects of prioritization, design & tracking business benefits across policy, program and process.
- Foster a data-driven culture; to encourage and enable the entire organization to make more informed decisions through data & business analytics.
The Process Management Team is responsible to lead aspects of optimization to drive efficacy in how we transact, improve and protect process. This team identifies and owns optimization opportunities on behalf of the ROCs. This includes aspects of prioritization, design and tracking business benefits across policy, program and process. We are improving the business and building future experiences.
Position Description:
The Process Program Manager is responsible for several key engagements across MSFT as they manage a portfolio of optimization efforts (Defining and Designing across Go To Market strategies and internal process). This requires the ability to develop and nurture relationships while driving impact and change to the business.
This role improves process and leads new process design-focused on balancing cost reduction with improving quality and speed. Strong process methodology coupled with subject matter expertise on the business and systems are essential. Cross team collaboration is required across a broad range of teams from Operations, Sales, Policy, Engineering and Finance with an ability to effectively influence decisions, direction and outcomes.

- Creates and maintains Portfolio of optimization efforts centered around digital transformation (improve existing process and providing requirements for what’s next)
- Accountable for the delivery of technical and business process design through—manage and build roadmaps (contributing to overall prioritization efforts with a forecast of improvements)

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- A minimum of 8 years of related business operations experience in a global environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree or MBA preferred
- Demonstrated leadership skills and capabilities in diverse and highly complex environments including both team and individual based environments
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build solid relationships with individuals at all levels, in multiple geographies and business functions, both internally and externally
- Ability to simplify complex situations; strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Must be able project manage many tasks simultaneously; working under continual deadline constraints.
- Strong project and process management with proven ability for planning, scheduling & coordinating
- 4+ years of demonstrated Global Program Management or Project Management experience preferably in a data operations or technical environment.
- Applied understanding of Agile Methodology or Scrum.
- Proficient working with large data sets (structured and unstructured), relational databases. Track record of successful delivery of complex global solutions to support enterprise business objectives.
- Track record of breaking down silos and working with others within your team and other organizations to maximize impact.
