Meals on Wheels Coordinator is in charge of coordinating one of many programs at Southwest Community Ministries.

We are one of 15 Area Community Ministries supporting Metro Louisville’s neighbors with services when they need them most.

Meals on Wheels Director is in charge of coordinating volunteers who deliver meals, recruiting and training volunteers, distributing schedules and notifying everyone of any charges. The Meals on Wheels Coordinator conducts phone screenings/assessments and home visits with potential new clients and reassessments of current clients. Enters results in Metro’s ServTracker online system, conducts follow up home visits every yearly. Completes monthly reports, manages routes and handles all Southwest Community Ministries’ case management for Metro Louisville Senior Nutrition Program and Sts. Mary & Elizabeth Meals on Wheels Program.

Salary: $13.00 /hour
