We are currently seeking a Fleet Capacity, Manager to be located in Allentown, Pa.

Work directly with Nestle Waters North America Supply Chain to develop highly effective fleet capacity plans. Pursue standardization of equipment and processes across all Supply Chain Sites. Work directly with business organizations to prioritize and develop project inputs that support NWNA strategic initiatives. Provide clear communication to senior management that enables and enhance important business issues such as cost savings, improved performance, greater efficiency and expanded capability.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Assisting with the specification, quoting and ordering of new equipment for Retail Supply Chain team
  • Vendor relationship management
  • Strategically managing equipment sales and lease turn ins
  • Management of the Fleet Operations
  • Management of financial forecasting
  • Management of vehicle fleet utilization
  • Building financial justifications for Capital spend and Leasing requests
  • Continuous Improvement; change management

Qualifications


Key qualifications include:
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Prior procurement experience preferred
  • Prior review of leasing and vendor agreements and negotiation skills
  • Minimum of 5 years of Logistics/Operational experience
  • Travel 10-20%
  • Ability to multitask and have excellent written and verbal skills
  • Intermediate to Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Demonstrates initiative with a results orientation, while exhibiting strong drive and leadership skills
  • Self-motivated, analytical, quick learner, organized, detail-oriented, multi-tasker
  • Team development skills
