POSITION SUMMARY:
As part of the International Exports team in our Global Foods Division, the International Business Integration Manager will drive operational activities relating to back office support in partnership with Nestlé USA HQ teams and international distributors. This position will be based in Arlington, VA and will touch on elements across project management, integrated business planning, and communication with international shippers, retailers, and business partners.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Identify import/export requirements for each country and proactively manage an updated calendar of renewal requirements for contracts, licenses and relevant documents

Initiate, manage and optimize projects for new items to include a cross-functional group of experts and leaders across the Nestle organization internally and distribution partners globally.

Oversee reporting, system and process effectiveness to identify any quality or optimization opportunities.

Manage all operational aspects that support the development of our International business. This includes providing Service level reporting, overseeing unique special orders, tracking progress on key initiatives and administering/owning International unique systems.

Support and sometimes lead monthly internal business planning meetings.

Collaborate cross functionally with the appropriate teams to support new category launches, line extensions and/or new Customers/Distributors Internationally.

Become recognized as the first point of contact for cross functional operational issues related to successfully managing the export business. (Internally & Externally)

Responsible for all International team´s compliance management: audit coordinator, documentation, contracts and administrative support for Legal, Sales, Finance, etc. First point of contact for operational support within the Export team.

Establish clear and consistent communication channels internally and externally with relevant, accurate and timely data.
Qualifications
REQUIREMENTS AND MINIMUM EDUCATION LEVEL:
- Completed Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field
- Willing and able to travel up to 15%
EXPERIENCE:
- 2+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, project management and/or business development
- Working knowledge of Supply Chain Operations, Project Management or Import/Export
- Ability to navigate negotiations
- Bi-lingual preferred (Spanish / English)
- Understanding of the Manufacturer / Distributor / Customer / Consumer relationship
- Understands how to manage relationships
- Good judgment in decision-making
- Ability to work with all levels of the organization, multitasking
