Project management consulting company for construction development projects seeking an experienced Healthcare Project Manager:

Our busy consulting company already have multiple large healthcare and commercial projects underway and is seeking someone to join our team. We are looking for someone who can responsibly lead a variety of projects within our healthcare clients from initiation to completion. This position will be responsible for managing all aspects of a project. We are seeking a detail-oriented individual with great organization skills. The Healthcare Project Manager should also be able to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients within the healthcare industry.

The Healthcare Project Manager’s duties will include (but not limited to):

  • Manages all aspects of projects
  • Manage all consultants and vendors associated with projects
  • Responsible for project quality control of documentation and organization
  • Manage project timelines and milestones
  • Communicate project milestones and deliverables with appropriate team members and clients
  • Actively manages client budgets and provide regular budget updates
  • Coordination and leadership of meetings
  • Prepare and coordinate project documents
  • Conduct research
  • Ensure project deadlines are met and documents processed in a timely manner
  • Resolve project issues – able to recommend and implement plans to help projects move progress
  • Handle POs, Invoices, COs, RFIs, submittals

Qualification Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree: Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, Project Management
  • Background in healthcare preferred
  • Minimum experience: 5 years – in related field
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent problem solving skills, strong communication and presentation skills
  • Punctual, organized, high level of professionalism
