Fornetix is looking for an Executive Assistant to work in a fast-paced, high-impact, exciting, and growing organization. We are looking for someone who is bright and motivated with a proven history of high performance to support the CEO & VP of Operations.A good sense of humor is critical in this role, as is flexibility. It’s a busy work place and you’ll need to possess the skills to complete complex tasks and projects quickly, have the business acumen to react with appropriate urgency to emerging situations, and be comfortable enough with ambiguity to be able to take effective action without having to know the complete picture. The ideal candidate will be self-driven, able to work with minimal oversight and guidance.
Responsibilities Include:
· Work in partnership with seniorleaders and functional business partners, to provide seamless support to theorganization.
· Proactively manage executivecalendars with attention to accuracy, detail, and allocation of time to promoteproductivity and recognize the need to re prioritize as appropriate.
· Understand business priorities andidentify process improvements to create efficiency and scale for the leadershipteam.
· Organize and manage meetings,offsites, and team-based programmatic events.
· Coordinate domestic and internationaltravel in compliance with existing policies and procedures, ensuring effectiveuse of time and resources, for the Sr. Leadership & Executive Team. Reconcile and process travel expensesaccording to company guidelines.
· Support annual operational planningprocess, business planning, and performance review cycles.
· Track and help drive completion ofkey deliverables and follow up on outstanding items.
· Support the CEO with his MAC on IThelp
Basic Qualifications
· 5 years’ experience assisting at theexecutive level in a fast-paced environment
· Proficiency of Microsoft Office,specifically Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint
· 5+ years of planning, timemanagement and organizational skills; strong background in complexinternational calendar management

· Desire and aptitude for learning newconcepts quickly
· Experience working in a start-upenvironment or highly ambiguous environment
· Ability to prioritize and handlemultiple assignments while maintaining commitment to deadlines
· Professional polish and ability todemonstrate grace and composure under pressure
· Exceptional written and verbalcommunication skills
· Integrity and discretion in handlingconfidential information and in dealing with professionals inside and outsidethe company.
· Proven ability to meet tighttimelines
· Experience dealing with highlyconfidential corporate matters.
· Bachelor’s Degree or equivalentexperience
· Knowledge in the technology industry

Salary: $75,000.00 to $90,000.00 /year
