Are you a highly-organized and outgoing Executive Assistant who is looking to thrive in a growing and glass-half-full environment? ACHC is looking for a seasoned Executive Assistant to support our President & CEO. This person should be poised and personable, with a professional maturity that fosters the ability to show discretion in dealing with matters of a sensitive and confidential nature. We are a highly collaborative environment, so this role requires the ability to achieve group goals along with the capability to effectively perform individually with limited oversight. A keen attention to detail is most essential to success in this role.
Most critical associated duties and qualifications:
o Event Planning â must have proven success in leading the overall planning and execution all details/moving parts for elaborate meetings, retreats, events, dinners, etc. which often span over several days and also involve our Board of Directors and support of their meeting and travel needs (An added bonus would be a creative flare to take those details to the next level.)
o Heavy calendar management, and ability to communicate and prioritize frequent changes and adjustments
o Complicated domestic, international, and multi-leg travel arrangements; ability to support the CEO in a remote capacity while he is away from the office
o Processing of complicated expense reports (Concur), consistently meeting Finance policy deadlines
o Capturing of meeting minutes, including editing and distribution within established post-meeting deadlines
o Maintaining a level of assertiveness as the “gatekeeper” of CEOâs time/attention; also a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive matters
o Reliability, consistency, and resourcefulness necessary to succeed in this role
*Associate’s/Bachelor’s degree preferred with a minimum of 5+ years supporting executive level positions or a High School Diploma with a minimum of 10 years relevant work experience; must have substantial longevity (3+ years) at the same company in past Executive Assistant role(s).
