As the Director of Sales Analysis and Performance, you’ll find ways to improve the Redfin customer experience by analyzing, monitoring, and reporting on the effectiveness of our field sales organization in helping our customers achieve their goal of buying or selling their home. You’ll evaluate current sales processes and recommend program changes that drive performance and growth in the field. Reporting to the President of Real Estate Operations, you’ll play a key role in ensuring that senior leaders have the best data on performance and initiatives are driven to completion with the highest possibility of success.
Here’s What You’ll Do

Analyze Performance: You’ll create and track key business metrics to help assess the overall health of our real estate agents and uncover growth opportunities. Analyzing and sharing data to increase the effectiveness of our current programs and services while recommending new revenue opportunities will be part of your day-to-day activities. -
Enable Data-Driven Decisions: You’ll leverage large amounts of strong data for speedy and quality business decisions by analyzing results against plans and forecasts, monitoring variances, identifying trends, and recommending changes to leadership. -
Identify Opportunity: You’ll find ways Redfin can continue to improve the service and products we provide, as well as identify opportunities where Redfin could offer new value to our customers. -
Operational Excellence: You’ll collaborate with Field leaders to identify areas for focus and create sales performance action plans designed to lift performance and promote the sales culture. You’ll travel to designated markets for field-level assessment, observation, and training. -
Influence and Impact: You’ll leverage your listening, presentation, relationship, and analytical skills to influence decision making across the organization, including up to executives, across to peers, and down through the rest of the organization.
Here’s What You’ll Need

10+ years of sales leadership and/or analytical experience, MBA strongly preferred -
Sales implementation and performance analysis experience required; real estate industry experience preferred -
Excellent problem-solving skills including the ability to take an ambiguous issue, identify and define a specific problem and craft a solution to that problem -
Enterprising mindset, resourcefulness, and experience improving and streamlining processes, including writing and reviewing complex proposals -
Ability to interact and build relationships with all levels of management, associates, industry peers and clients -
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to lead company-wide calls and meetings -
Familiarity with technology including, Email Tableau, Excel, and SQL, and smartphones; not afraid to jump in and learn a new system, able to learn and adopt new technology practices -
Ability to travel up to 40%
