Cottingham & Butler is looking for a strong and driven leader for our team in Madison, WI as the Director of Service in our Employee Benefits division. At C&B, we are consultants, not just insurance shoppers. In addition to designing employee benefit packages, we help with strategic planning, analytics, cost containment, regulatory and compliance issues, M&A/due diligence, etc. What does this all mean? As the Director of Service, you will be responsible for the success, development, maintenance, and management of the client service team to ensure client revenue retention.
You will also:
- Set, achieve, and monitor quantifiable service standards.
- Recruit, mentor, and develop your staff.
- Drive consistent marketing results by maintaining and developing carrier and vendor relationships.
- Support sales staff to acquire, maintain, and retain significant accounts.
Most importantly, we are looking for a strong leader to join the team. Someone who will jump in to learn the C&B way and provide excellent support. Ideal candidates will have a strong knowledge base of Group Benefits. A minimum of 5 years management experience is required. Some travel is necessary to clients and our home office in Dubuque, IA as needed.
