àMEMBERSHIPGROWTH

  • Member Management = Champion the engagement and retention strategy for overall Member journey tracking, forecasting, and trend analysis related to dues lost, resignations and downgrades
  • Onboarding Strategy = Develop and be accountable for New Member Welcome and Connect Steps, Member Intel and Name Recognition

  • Programming = Develop & ensure execution of relevant & engaging Member events and experiences specifically related to Club We Are Market and ClubLife expectations

  • Communications = Implement a thorough and Consistent Strategy to best communicate ClubLife through all channels, amplifying the member story

  • Supervise Member Engagement TEAM = Project management, budgeting, staffing, hiring and training of ClubLife concierge and Engagement Coordinators


ABOUT THE ROLE:


  • RESPONSIBILITY> You will work as a key Department Head on the Club Leadership team that is focused on both the quantitative (Member Growth) and qualitative (Member Experience) goals of the Club, reporting directly to the Club Manager

    • Creating ClubLife experience according to brand standards

    • Ensuring a vibrant and connected member community

    • Focusing on At Risk Member Intervention and increased retention practices

  • TEAMWORK> You will work alongside Executive Chef and Clubhouse Manager as a part of the team, overseeing the Engagement Coordinator (Member Relations Coordinator) to execute the Club’s united strategic plan and uphold brand integrity.

    • Creating Member Welcome Experience and Club Arrival Vibe

    • Communicating to both employee partners and Members consistently and concisely through all media channels
    • Executing all Member Events and Programs with member and committee feedback

  • COLLABORATION> You will receive guidance and support with opportunities for collaboration and innovation with fellow Clubs

    • Customize ‘freedom within the framework’ marketing and programs to meet the specific Club brand standards

    • Share best practices and new ideas across markets to leverage relevance and trends

    • Strategize how to constantly improve Member Growth

COMPENSATION PENDING MARKET


  • Key Performance Indicators = Positive MemberGrowth & Ala Carte Revenue

Job Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree required
  • Educational concentration in business, communications, journalism, public relations, hospitality management or recreation
  • Two years experience in sales, marketing, relationship management, customer service, hospitality, membership associations and/or fundraising
  • Experience in leading a team or project to a successful outcome
  • High energy, outgoing personality
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong technical literacy including Microsoft Word, Excel, and social media
  • Diplomatic team player able to foster relationships with Members, employee partners and guests
