PFL’s Marketing team is growing and we’re looking to add an experienced Director of Marketing Operations to support PFL’s rapid growth. Marketing Operations at PFL is a global role responsible for making sure that PFL runs an efficient, data-driven, and process-oriented marketing function. Leadership/Strategy: As our Director of Marketing Operations, you?ll provide leadership to the marketing operations team and manage our marketing database strategies where you?ll analyze gaps in the business?s data, customer acquisition strategies, and data quality practices.

The Director of Marketing Operations will drive strong marketing strategies and availing opportunities that will lead to sales enablement and marketing alignment with processes and initiatives that support exceptional lead management and sales enablement.

Analytics: The Director of Marketing Operations also defines key marketing metrics and manages the process of packaging these measurements into reports and dashboards in order to determine the overall performance of the marketing team and marketing programs.

The Director of Marketing Operations is also responsible for running monthly/quarterly/annual marketing metrics reviews, consumer acquisition, program ROI, and contact acquisition, and penetration.

Collaboration: The role of the Director of Marketing Operations is highly collaborative and works closely with our sales department regarding the flow of leads from marketing to sales enablement. The Director similarly works closely with the IT department in conducting data analyses, data acquisition, database management, and marketing automation.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience of successful management of marketing teams and programs
  • Experience in B2B Marketing Operations & Demand Generation
  • Fluent in end-to-end MarTech ecosystems with a solid understanding of marketing automation systems such as Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or Eloqua, bonus points for certifications
  • Solid grasp of enterprise sales and marketing concepts such as lead scoring, attribution, and account-based marketing (ABM)
  • Strong analytical skills including experience with the reporting and analysis of large data sets
  • Experience defining technical requirements, evaluating technologies, scoping projects, and overseeing implementations
  • Ability to inspire and move a cross-functional team in a unified direction and with a unified vision
