Director of First Impressions/Agent Services

Our organization has an incredible opportunity available for the Director of First Impressions position. We are seeking the right individuals to join our team, to grow, develop and contribute to our pursuit of excellence. The Director of First Impressions is the first point of contact for agents ,clients and our business partners for our office and we are looking for someone with a poised, positive, relationship-based attitude. The ideal candidate will be able to preform multiple projects on a daily basis while remaining focused, calm and maintaining high energy. They will also have a strong ability to manage business systems, problem solve and be a proactive leader within our team.

• Prior real estate experience is not required yet is a huge plus

Compensation: Salary position; Bonuses
