As the first person who greets all of our clients upon arrival to the office, an excellent first impression is essential. Our practice focuses on the importance of our relationships with our clients. This position will represent the firm and will be responsible for greeting and assisting clients and guests upon arrival in the office as well as answering incoming phone calls in a professional and timely manner.

Primary Tasks and Level of Accountability:

  • Greeting guests that enter the office and offering beverage services
  • Answering inbound phone calls
  • Transferring calls and taking messages when necessary
  • Preparing Workshop Buckets
  • Maintaining and ordering office supplies and client gifts
  • Keeping meeting rooms neat and well stocked
  • Sorting and distributing mail each day
  • Mailing out packages via USPS and Fed Ex

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Professional manners and dress
  • Pleasant personality to greet guests in person or on phone
  • Ability to deal with an upset guest
  • Previous experience with a switchboard phone system
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong ability to multitask and direct calls to proper staff
  • Experience with MS Office and Salesforce preferred

Minimum Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3 + years’ experience
