Admissions Director

Villa Healthcare – MN, A BEST PLACE TO WORK, is currently seeking a customer service guru for an Admissions Director position. This position plays a key role within the assigned facility to ensure our guests receive smooth transition from the hospital into our Skilled Nursing Facility. Working with the leadership team the Admissions Director manages the admissions process and referral management all the way through post-admission. This position will support our St. Paul and Richfield centers.

We are seeking someone who is customer service focused and a skilled communicator. In this role you will have to organize and prioritize tasks so an individual who is detail oriented is key. An individual with Skilled Nursing Facility experience is preferred.

Job responsibilities include: assessing inquiries, community engagement, customer tours, admissions paperwork, preparation for new admissions – ensuring room is ready, meeting with family, introductions to staff, and working with facility leadership to ensure resident satisfaction.
