Maintains responsibility to plan, organize, develop, direct, control and/or coordinate overall operational and support functions of the company.

Job Requirements

Education

Required: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting or related field.

Experience

Required: Minimum of ten (10) years management experience with three (3) of those years of experience in administration or management within a home care agency or related program.

Skills

Ability to identify and solve problems, use initiative and work independently.

Requires planning, strong decision making, time management and organizational skills.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with all levels of people.

Ability to handle multiple priorities and effectively coordinate work while remaining flexible.

Attention to detail, conscientious.
