Greatness awaits YOU on our Team! Advanced Home Care is seeking a Warehouse Manager committed to providing extraordinary patient care and who has a passion for achieving greatness!

The Warehouse Manager is responsible for managing the regional Patient Service Technician team and for managing the Home Medical Equipment inventory for the region. The Warehouse Manager will work collaboratively with the department leaders within the region and throughout the organization to ensure that all customers receive their goods and services with a timely, efficient and clinically safe manner. Additionally, the Warehouse Manager is responsible for managing the fleet of vehicles throughout the region. The Warehouse Manager is also responsible for creating and analyzing data reports to drive efficiencies and effective cost management. This role is also expected to serve as a site leader.

Site Leader Responsibilities include:

1. Ensuring the referral process is timely and appropriate clinical documentation is collected per insurance requirements.

2. Achieving corporate compliance audits as determined annually.

3. Responsible for working with the entire region to ensure Patient Experience measures are achieved as established annually.

4. Responsible for being a key leader in branch location assisting with compliance of SOPs, growth and development of the region, and overall financial success while providing extraordinary care to every customer.

5. Addressing service concerns, identifies trends and reacts accordingly.

6. Serve as the on site manager for the location.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Two years Associates Degree required
  • Four (4) years of work-related in HME warehouse, or management in any industry.
  • Previous management experience is preferred.
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds, be able to sit, stand, bend stoop, kneel, pull, climb, reach, lift, and perform repetitive movements of the upper extremities.
  • Must be able to drive and travel as needed.
