    About the company: Rainbow Finance, LLC is a specialty consumer finance company that provides retail sales finance through a 100% digital credit processing and contract origination system. RF currently operates in 46 states and is actively looking to grow its book of business across multiple retail finance platforms.

    Job Summary: Based in our Greenville, North Carolina offices, the candidate will lead a team of highly motivated Sales Executives, Account Managers and Channel Managers selling market-leading products, solutions and services. The team will identify and secure strategic North American partnerships and customers that can deliver accelerated revenue growth.

    Responsibilities:

    • Recruiting, evaluating, training, developing and retaining a productive and highly engaged sales team.
    • Driving sales executive performance in a client-oriented finance solution selling approach, across our portfolio.
    • Defining sales strategies and market campaigns identifying market opportunities and maximizing pipeline development and conversion.
    • Building a platform for identifying new customer contacts, securing and leading sales meeting with new contacts and co-coordinating subject matter expert input in support of these meetings.
    • End to end responsibility for leading opportunities through the deal cycle.
    • Accountable for all levels of client relationships; typically working from senior decision maker level to sales support level.
    • Develop a strategic web of influence. o Join and participate in organizations frequented by customer executives. o Attend conferences, meetings, functions and other activities that enable executive contact.
    • Self-generated leads through industry networking, vertical trade shows and working all business lines with key accounts.
    • Own the business development cycle from customer identification through contract.
    • Convey product upgrades or feature requests that increase probability of winning new customers.
    • Convey challenges in product usage observed or communicated by new clients.
    • Communicate common strategic priorities among new customers that can be addressed through product design and development.
    • Maintain exemplary levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

    Qualifications:

    • Success driving teams booking $50M + in finance receivables annually.
    • History leading a high-performance sales team that focuses on a win/win sales strategy.
    • Ability to lead, manage and report across diverse sales and customer models.
    • Strong business acumen (not just sales) to ensure sales organization is aligned to the business goals.
    • Experience and understanding of the Financial Services/Consumer Banking markets
    • Pedigree of working deals across different buyers, platforms, products.
    • Prior ownership of acquiring new logos and expanding existing accounts.
    • Demonstrated skill in teaching mentoring Account Managers to achieve quota.
    • Excellent Customer facing skills and ability to roll up sleeves to help win.
    • Experience in business development from the ground-up a must.
    • Fast growth – ability to absorb and react quickly in a fast growth environment.
    • Must possess excellent sales methodology, high aptitude to collaborate in a decentralized environment.
